Welcome to Aunt Kate’s Kitchen! These terms and conditions (“Terms”) govern your use of our website, and any purchases made through it. By visiting our site or ordering from us, you agree to follow these Terms.

1. Who We Are

We are a home-based cottage bakery operating in Arizona under the Arizona Cottage Food Program. All our baked goods are made in a home kitchen not inspected by the Arizona Department of Health Services.

2. Ordering and Payment

• Orders can be placed through our website.
• Full payment is required at the time of order unless otherwise arranged.
• We accept online payments via Square, Venmo, and Credit Card.

3. Pick-Up and Delivery

• We offer local pick-up by appointment only. The pick-up location will be provided after your order is confirmed.
• Delivery may be available within a certain area for an extra fee. Details will be shared during the checkout process.

4. Allergy Notice

Our kitchen handles common allergens such as eggs, dairy, wheat, nuts, and soy. While we do our best to avoid cross-contamination, we cannot guarantee any product is allergen-free.

5. Refunds and Cancellations

• Cancellations must be made at least 72 hours before your scheduled pick-up or delivery for a full refund.
• No refunds will be issued for missed pickups or last-minute cancellations.
• If there's an issue with your order, please contact us within 24 hours, and we’ll do our best to make it right.

6. Website Content

All logos, photos, descriptions, and content on our site are the property of Aunt Kate’s Kitchen and may not be copied or reused without permission.

7. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Any changes will be posted here, and your continued use of the website means you accept the new Terms.
